Volunteers Needed for LMC Event

Lake Michigan College has invited the Berrien County Suicide Prevention Coalition (BCSPC) to be present at a special event on Tuesday, February 25. They are looking for volunteers to collect donations and run the concession stand to raise money for the B4 Foundation. The B4 Foundation honors the life and achievements of Brady Hessbrook, who tragically took his own life. The B4 Foundation strives to promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

By policy, LMC staff is not allowed to raise money at an LMC event for another organization, so having the BCSPC perform those services during their basketball game would be much appreciated. The Coalition will also have our display table there with materials and information for attendees. The women’s game is at 5:30 pm and the men’s game is at 7:30 pm. See the flyer for more information.

If you can assist with volunteering at either/both LMC games, please send an email to berriencaresmi@gmail.com
